Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy
Diplomexa is a digital SaaS, conference operations and training platform. Most products on the platform are delivered digitally.
What you receive
- Digital access to event registration, dashboards and conference tools
- LMS courses, modules, lessons, quizzes and assignments
- Certificates and reports (digital, QR-verifiable)
- Smart Support — concierge assistance during your event journey
- Organiser tools — councils, allocations, schedule, scoring
Activation timeline
Digital access is activated immediately after a successful payment in most cases, or per the organiser's published schedule. LMS access, certificate access and event access may depend on payment status, organiser approval, eligibility, and event schedule / completion rules.
How you receive access
Login credentials and dashboard access are provided through your registered email and account login. If you cannot access your purchase after a successful payment, please contact info@factskoot.com (India billing) or info@destineze.com (international billing).
Physical materials (event-specific)
For offline events, the venue, kits, meals, badges and physical materials are governed by event-specific terms set by the organiser. Diplomexa does not normally ship physical goods. Shipping charges are not applicable to the digital platform unless explicitly shown for a specific event or physical add-on.
Failed access
If your payment has succeeded but access is not provisioned, please contact support. We aim to resolve activation issues within one working day.
Diploks Delivery
Diploks are Diplomexa platform credits used to unlock eligible digital services. Diploks are not cash, not cryptocurrency, not e-money, not a stored-value wallet, not an investment product, not transferable, not withdrawable, not resellable, and cannot be converted into money.
Diploks are delivered electronically by crediting the purchaser's Diplomexa Diploks Wallet immediately after successful payment confirmation. Diploks have no physical shipment. They can only be used inside Diplomexa to unlock eligible digital services and cannot be exchanged for cash, crypto-assets or any other monetary instrument.
