Refund Policy
1. Free Demo Event
No payment is involved. Refunds do not apply.
2. Paid / Starter Event
- Refund request raised more than 7 days before event start: up to 80% refund may be allowed after deducting payment-gateway and administrative charges.
- Refund request raised between 3 and 7 days before event start: up to 50% refund may be allowed.
- Refund request raised less than 72 hours before event start: generally non-refundable unless the organiser approves.
- No refund after the event has started or after a certificate / report has been generated, unless required by law or approved by the admin.
- If the event is cancelled by the organiser, eligible participants may receive a refund or credit per the organiser's decision.
- If the event is postponed, the registration may be transferred to the new date.
- Payment-gateway charges, taxes and administrative fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
3. Subscription Plans
Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable after activation. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the used period. Duplicate payments are refunded after verification. Enterprise contracts follow their signed agreement terms.
4. LMS / Digital Content
Once digital LMS content, certificate, report or other protected learning content is accessed, refund eligibility may be restricted. Course access may continue or be revoked based on refund status and organiser policy.
5. International Payments
Refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Currency conversion differences, bank fees and gateway charges may affect the final refunded amount. Processing timelines depend on the payment gateway and banking partners.
6. Refund Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 to 14 working days. Actual credit timelines depend on the bank or payment gateway.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel registration before the event as per the refund rules above. Organisers may cancel or postpone events for operational, technical, legal, safety or force-majeure reasons. In case of organiser cancellation, refund / credit / transfer options will be shown. Diplomexa platform fees may be governed separately from organiser event fees. Enterprise and institutional plans follow contract-specific cancellation terms.

UAE (Destineze): Consumer rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection apply where relevant.
Diploks Refunds — Generally Non-Refundable
Diploks are Diplomexa platform credits used to unlock eligible digital services. Diploks are not cash, not cryptocurrency, not e-money, not a stored-value wallet, not an investment product, not transferable, not withdrawable, not resellable, and cannot be converted into money.
Diploks are platform credits used to unlock eligible Diplomexa services. Once purchased, credited, redeemed or used, Diploks are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, non-withdrawable and cannot be converted into money, except where required by applicable law, payment-gateway rules, duplicate-payment correction, failed-transaction correction, gateway reversal, chargeback handling or approved administrative adjustment.
- Trial Diploks are non-refundable.
- Bonus Diploks are non-refundable. If the linked purchase is reversed by an approved administrative correction (e.g. duplicate payment, failed payment, chargeback), the bonus Diploks granted with that purchase are also removed.
- Used Diploks are non-refundable.
- Purchased Diploks are generally non-refundable once credited to a wallet. An administrative correction may be made only for: duplicate payment, failed payment that was credited by mistake, chargeback / dispute by the payment gateway, gateway reversal, fraud / risk action, legal or compliance requirement, or a clear admin mistake.
- Subscription-included Diploks are not separately refundable.
- If a duplicate payment, failed transaction, missing credit or similar payment-safety issue is identified, please contact support with the payment details. The Diplomexa team will review and may make an internal administrative correction where applicable.
- Administrative corrections, when approved, follow the original gateway and billing entity — INR via Razorpay through Factskoot Eduwellness Private Limited, foreign-currency via Stripe through Destineze Educational Voyages FZCO.
- Diploms does not offer customer-initiated refunds, withdrawals, transfers or resale of Diploks.
