Billing Entity Notice
Diplomexa operates two strictly separated billing entities. The applicable entity for your transaction is determined server-side by your billing details and payment currency.
If you pay in Indian Rupees (INR)
The transaction is billed by Factskoot Eduwellness Private Limited, Bengaluru, India. INR invoices are issued by Factskoot only. GST at 18% is applied as configured. GST split depends on the customer's billing state:
- Karnataka customers: CGST 9% + SGST 9%.
- Customers outside Karnataka: IGST 18%.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Card data is not stored by Diplomexa.

If you pay in foreign currency (USD, AED, EUR, GBP, HKD, …)
The transaction is billed by Destineze Educational Voyages FZCO, IFZA Dubai, UAE. Foreign-currency invoices are issued by Destineze only. UAE VAT is not charged currently as per current tax settings. VAT configuration may be enabled in future if applicable.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Card data is not stored by Diplomexa.

Brand ownership
"Diplomexa" is operated jointly as Diplomexa by Destineze and Factskoot. While brand ownership may reference both entities, the billing, invoicing, refund and customer-payment communication for any single transaction is always governed by exactly one entity — Factskoot for INR or Destineze for foreign currency.
Diploks Billing & Tax
Diploks are Diplomexa platform credits used to unlock eligible digital services. Diploks are not cash, not cryptocurrency, not e-money, not a stored-value wallet, not an investment product, not transferable, not withdrawable, not resellable, and cannot be converted into money.
INR Diploks purchases
Billed by Factskoot Eduwellness Private Limited through Razorpay with GST applied as configured. INR invoices and receipts are issued by Factskoot only.
Foreign-currency Diploks purchases (USD, AED, EUR, GBP, HKD)
Billed by Destineze Educational Voyages FZCO through Stripe. UAE VAT is not charged currently as per current tax settings. Foreign-currency invoices and receipts are issued by Destineze only.
Invoice wording
Diploks invoices clearly mention that the purchase is for platform credits used to unlock eligible digital services inside Diplomexa.
Diploks are generally non-refundable
Diploks are platform credits. Once purchased, credited, redeemed or used, Diploks are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, non-withdrawable and cannot be converted into money, except where required by applicable law, payment-gateway rules, duplicate-payment correction, failed-transaction correction, gateway reversal, chargeback handling or approved administrative adjustment. These corrections are handled internally by the Diplomexa payment-safety team and are not a standard refund product.
